I've been a small business owner in downtown Grass Valley for the past 5 years from 1998 to 2004 along with my husband, Bob. We recently sold our independent real estate office and joined Cornerstone Realty Group because of the premier sevices we can now offer our clients through Cornerstone Realty Group. Now we work out of their downtown Grass Valley location across from Safeway. Bob and I also have the pleasure of living in downtown Grass Valley as well as enjoy the convenience of having our Cornerstone office so close to home.

My family moved to Grass Valley from Southern California in 1974 when this area was still a Cousin Jack community. There was one traffic signal at Main Street and South Auburn Street, one move theater-Del Oro with one movie screen, and one roller rink. Times have changed!

As an Ambassador for the Grass Valley/Nevada County Chamber of Commerce, I enjoy the opportunity to familiarize myself with new and established business owners as well as promote each other's professions. I am also a member of Early Risers Toastmasters, a group of highly motivated and professional people who are very supportive of one another as each of us learns to become better public speakers. One of my creative outlets is writing commercials for myslef as well as Cornerstone Realty Group for broadcast on KNCO radio.

Kash's professional career spans a variety of industries including hotel management, software design & development, sales & marketing and staffing. Kash has also been an instructor at City College of San Francisco and San Francisco State University. He relocated from the Bay Area to Nevada County in 2000 after spending many summers here by the Yuba River and winters skiing in the Sierras.

She has been active in the Real Estate profession for the past seven years, with a focus on being a buyer's agent. Kae believes in doing real estate from the heart.
