This allows resetting of the start line, changing course letters on the starting board, etc. The next Fleet may also be postponed with the AP flag if more time is needed by the RC. If AP is used, and once RC is ready, the AP flag is dropped one minute before the next Warning flag is raised. |

Important note: Each Fleet's numeral pennant will be flying the entire pre-start time for that Fleet.
The Fleet flag goes up signifying the Warning (-5 mins), stays up through the Preparatory up (-4) and Preparatory down (-1) and only comes down AT THE FLEET'S START (0).
