Each racer is required to serve on Race Committee during one of the race dates each year in order to be eligible for Season and/or Series championships. REDRESS equal to the racer's average finish in other races counted in the season serving will be awarded for Race Committee duties. (RC duties do not count as throw-outs, nor is a "zero" credit awarded as in previous years)
