Each racer is required to serve on Race Committee during one of the race dates each year in order to be eligible for Season and/or Series championships.
REDRESS equal to the racer's average finish in other races counted in the season will be awarded for Race Committee duties. (Note: RC duties do not
count as throw-outs, nor is a "zero" credit awarded as in previous years)
