— 1.75-acre fee title donation, with waterfowl pond, completed in 1992.

Litton Trail — .6-mile trail easement donated by the Litton Family in 1994; with a 1+-mile loop extension donated by the Litton Family and Sierra College in 1998.

Chapparal Hill — 10-acre habitat conservation easement on critical deer migratory habitat in Yuba County, donated in 1995.

Round Mountain — forest-based habitat conservation easements on four 40-acre parcels, begun in 1994 and completed in 1997.

Quail Agricultural Easement — 1,000+-acre agricultural easement completed in 1997.

Burton Park — approximately 40-acre fee title donation with reserved life estate, completed in 1997.

Peardale Bird Sanctuary — 27-acre habitat conservation easement donated in 1998.

Red Dog Rd. — 6-acre "no-subdivide" conservation easement completed in 1998.

Willow Tree Ranch — 600-acre agricultural easement protecting blue oak savannah and pasture lands; donated in 1998.

Banner Cascade Ditch Trail — first of multiple trail easements being sought along Nevada Irrigation District ditch, completed in 1998.

Pitcher Plant Bog — 10-acre habitat conservation easement protecting rare carnivorous plant, completed in 1998.

Hangtree Reserve — 1-mile trail easement near Mathis Pond, donated in 1998.

Narrow Gauge Trail — first three of multiple trail easements being sought along former Narrow Gauge Railroad right-of-way, completed in 1998.
