One trek you won’t want to miss is the Full Moon Dinner and Island Adventure on Saturday, August 28, from 6 - 10 pm. This was such a hit last year, we’re bringing it back by popular demand.

Your moonlit evening begins at Eagle Mountain Resort with a four-course gourmet meal followed by dessert by none other than William DeGroot, famous for his scrumptious chocolate truffles. From there the festivities move to an island in the lake, where you will enjoy a radiant bonfire, marshmallow roast and great music. $65 member/$70 non-member
