Hell's Half Acre is a testament to the fabulous displays of wildflowers that once covered huge areas of California in Spring.

Botanist Carolyn Chainey-Davis of the California Native Plant Society will treat you to the first wave of color, featuring ephemeral monkeyflowers, fragrant meadowfoam, butter & eggs, brodiaeas, cowbag clover, blue-eyed Mary's and many more.

Bring a magnifier and learn the basics of wildflower I.D., don't forget your camera & close-up lenses.
