The STRC is located in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area of the Northern California Gold Country.

We are committed to the improvement of health and physical fitness for people of all ages and ability levels. The club is also a source of information and support to runners and walkers. The club provides

a monthly newsletter including a calendar of events; an opportunity for members to meet and run or

walk with others of similar interests and abilities; scheduled weekday and weekend runs; track work-

outs during spring and summer; potluck socials; free listings for club member's businesses and dis-counts at local stores.
